Notes to the rental rates:

Arrival and departure days are restricted to Saturdays from May through to August but are flexible during lower season. Please contact us for details. 

Rental rates are for the whole house for up to 11 people for seven nights. Prices are inclusive of all electricity, gas, water, linen and towels. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for the pool area.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date and should include an additional £200 security deposit which will be refunded upon confirmation that the property has been left in a good and clean condition.

We recommend you take out appropriate insurance to cover the duration of your holiday.
