The Farmhouse is set in 7 acres of meadows and woodland and is the perfect choice for those seeking peace and tranquility. The 10m by 5m swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and is completely private. It is situated in the south facing back garden, well placed to enjoy sun all day whilst relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. There are plenty of outside eating areas, in sun or in shade. There is a large lawn area and neighbouring meadow and woods to explore. At the front of the farmhouse there are ample shady spots to park several cars.

The spacious farmhouse Kitchen/Dining Room is a perfect area to unwind during a long French lunch. Traditional features include a vast open fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed beamed walls and ceiling. The Dining Room table seats up to ten. Appliances include an electric cooker with gas hob, American fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. 

The main living room is some 30 square metres but retains a cosy feel with a woodburning stove. It is a lovely cool room in summer but very warm and comfortable in winter. It has a large 42" TV for viewing British television if you fancy a night in after a day in the sun.  The French doors open out onto the extensive gardens.

There are four large bedrooms over two floors. The master bedroom (30 sq m) is a lovely dual aspect room with superking size bed and exposed beams on ceiling and walls. There is a magnificent open fireplace in the bedroom and a door leading directly to the upper garden.

Bedroom 2 (30 sq m) is also on this floor. It has a king size bed and is also dual aspect, overlooking the front and rear gardens.

The main bathroom includes a modern white bathroom suite, comprising a bath and a walk-in shower.

On the top floor there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 3 (25 sq m) comprises a double bed and a single bed (sleeping 3). Bedroom 4 (20 sq m) has 4 single beds (sleeping 4). 

We have a full size travel cot available for use if required.

The second bathroom comprises a white bathroom suite with an in-bath shower.

This is an ideal location for those who enjoy nature in unspoilt surroundings. You can play football in the garden, read in the shade or sit under the parasols with a drink, overlooking the pool.

There is a coal barbeque for your use.

There are many different birds, lizards, wild deer and even the odd wild boar!

If you fancy a bit of exercise, there are plenty of established walkways in the surrounding countryside.
